Services

We provide the following services: 

1. Top to Bottom (TTB) Deep Cleanings 

a. Our TTB Cleaning includes all the items of our Maintenance and General Cleaning, but adds on deeper cleaning items such as; built on soap scum, baseboards, woodwork, doors and wall plates. 

2. General Cleanings 

a. General Cleanings include the same items as the maintenance cleaning; except it is typically a deeper cleaning as the client is not getting the home maintained regularly. 1st time clients who don't get a TTB CLEANING must be quoted at a general cleaning rate. 

3. Maintenance Cleanings 

a. Maintenance Cleanings are also considered our recurring cleanings. These cleanings are discounted because we are providing regular maintenance of the home. Cleaning schedules are weekly, bi weekly and monthly. 

4. Move in/ out cleanings 

a. Move in/out cleanings are similar to TTB cleanings except they are more robust to include window cleaning, behind appliances and inside of cabinets. 

5. Carpet Cleaning 

a. Carpet Cleaning services can be purchased as an add on package to any cleaning.

     6. Post Construction Cleaning 

a. Jobs that are new construction, remodels, rehabs are considered post construction, they usually involve a lot of dust cleanup. When getting these requests, take down all information and get a quote from the Office Manager. 

     7. Small Office Cleaning 

a. Office Cleaning jobs would fall into the Commercial side of business, these requests can be routed to the Office Manager. 

     8. Laundry & Light Cleaning 

a. This service focuses on Laundry and light cleaning or tidying, it is an hourly service. You can find information in the Playbook Folder
