What is a quote?
A quote is a price given for a specific service requested by a lead.
How are quotes given?
A quote is given via email to the lead from our CRM Maid Central. Sometimes this quote is also given out verbally prior to sending out the email from the CRM.
When giving the quote, we use our sales script to gather more information about the requested service.
What is our process once we provide the quote?
- Once the quote is emailed, give the lead a call within 15 minutes if they do not book the appointment from the email. Ask them if they have any questions.
- This is where you have to start listening, if they say anything like, they have to speak with their spouse or it is a little more than they wanted to spend, start going over alternate options with them to make the services work for their budget. Ask them what is most important to them? Like do they want floors and bathrooms cleaned? Or common areas. From there you can work within their budget to include what they are looking for in our services.
- If they do not answer the phone call, try calling right back. If still no answer, leave a voicemail and send a text and email following up to make sure they do not have any additional questions about the quote that was sent to them.
From there, we will follow up with them via an automation sequence in Maid Central for about 30 days, you will receive tickets in Maid Central on when to call them to follow up and offer specials to get them to convert from a quote to a client.
