What is a lead?
A potential sales contact, individual or organization that expresses an interest in our services.
How do we get them?
Leads come in via: email, text, call, website form and facebook messenger, Google Local.
What is our process once we get the lead?
Once the leads come in, we contact the lead via telephone. If the lead doesn't answer on the first call attempt, we need to hang up and immediately call them again (most people will answer if we call them the 2nd time). If we do not get an answer on the 2nd attempt, leave a message on their voicemail if it is available. The next step will be to send both a text and an email. From there we will need to follow up with the lead for 7 days before closing out the lead. Never delete a lead unless it is a duplicate, instead you will need to just close out the lead.
When lead comes in via email, text or facebook messenger, google local: we send back this auto message:
Hi Customer Name this is Two Sisters Maid to Clean,
We would love to help you with your cleaning request!
Please answer the following questions and we will send over your quote:
What is your full address?
How many bedrooms/ bathrooms?
How many square feet?
Any pets?
Have you had a cleaning service before, and when?
What’s the current condition of the home? Dusty? Soap scum?
How many people live in the home?
When do you need it done?
Once they reply, we send this (if it is a text message or social media and we dont have the information):
So that I can send the estimate over, please answer the following:
What is your telephone number?
What is your email address?
We then proceed to enter information into Maid Central and send over the quote via MC.
