Lockout Process and Fees
If we are unable to get into the home, this is considered a lockout. This also would be the case if the door codes or keys do not work or are not left for the technician upon arrival. We will wait for the client to arrive for a max of 15 minutes before having to cancel the appointment due to non entry.
In the event, the code given is not correct and cleaners cannot gain access to the home the client is responsible for the lockout and a cancellation fee will be charged.
The client can purchase a lockbox to place a key inside and provide Two Sisters Maid to Clean with the passcode.In the event if for any reason the key is not in the lockbox or the code does not work when the cleaners arrive to clean the home; the client is responsible for the lockout and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Fee: The lockout fee is 50% of the service charge.
Maid Central will automatically charge this fee when you go to the job and click on it, go to the bottom to schedule change and click on the lockout option.
