Hours and Availability

We use Maid Central to manage our scheduling platform. 

We are open Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Central Standard Time 

From time to time we will need to work on Saturday or Sunday. In this event, reach out to the office manager to see if anyone is willing to volunteer to work the shift. 

All weekend shifts are voluntary. 

When a cleaning technician needs time off, they request the time off in Maid Central, this blocks the time off the schedule automatically for that time off request (You will see a white line instead of the green line on the job schedule if they are not available). 

To keep quality high and the team from burning out, we do not schedule Technicians to more than 1 TTB Clean or Move Out Clean per day. 

They can work 1 TTB or Move In/ Out Cleaning and 1 regular cleaning in one day. Anything over that would be too much. 

Our first appointment of the day starts at 8 or 8:30am. This is the only appointment time that we can guarantee, subsequent appointments throughout the day are estimates. If the first house takes longer than expected, the technician will be arriving later to their next appointment. If it is a quicker appointment, they will arrive sooner. 

Always let the clients know, if they need a set time, they need to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. 

We have 2 different service areas: Murfreesboro and surrounding areas & Nashville and surrounding areas. 

Nashville start times are generally 8:30am-9 am to allow for the heavier commute times.

Do not schedule any technicians for after 5pm. All jobs should end by 5pm, if they can not end by 5pm, we can not schedule them in that spot.
