Purpose of document 

To set clear guidelines on scheduling. Outline goals and metrics for scheduling technicians and provide a quick sheet for all things scheduling.

• We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
• We've been since 2017.
• We have a lengthy hiring process. Each technician has to pass a background test and attend an extensive training process. 
• In most cases once you sign up for weekly and bi weekly cleanings, we send out the same technician each time.
  

We understand it's important to feel comfortable in your home. In most cases you will meet your assigned recurring technician duing your first cleaning. Once you have a technician assigned to you, if something changes, like they get sick or go on vacation, we will let you know if we need to send someone else.
