Approved Chemicals

The primary objective of having approved chemicals is to ensure the safety and well-being of our
customers and employees, as well as to protect the environment. By using only
company-approved cleaning chemicals, we can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
and minimize any potential hazards associated with the use of cleaning products.

  1. Definition of Approved Cleaning Chemicals:
    Approved cleaning chemicals refer to any cleaning agents, solutions, or products that have
    been explicitly authorized and deemed safe by the company for use in residential cleaning
    operations.
    *Additional Chemicals that we approve, but may not be provided are as follows: Lime Away. *Bleach and Ammonia is never approved for us to use.*
  1. Obligations of Employees:
    As an employee, I understand and agree to the following obligations:
    a) Use of Approved Chemicals: I will exclusively utilize cleaning chemicals that have been
    officially approved and provided by the company for cleaning residential properties.
    b) Safety and Proper Handling: I will adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided
    by the company regarding the storage, handling, and usage of approved cleaning chemicals. I
    will use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
    c) Reporting Unauthorized Chemicals: If I encounter any cleaning chemical that has not been
    approved by the company, I will report it immediately to my supervisor or the designated
    authority.
    d) Customer Communication: I will inform customers about the use of company-approved
    cleaning chemicals upon request or as necessary for transparency and to address any concerns
    they may have.
  2. Consequences of Non-Compliance:
    Non-compliance with this agreement may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including
    termination of employment, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
    Additionally, the employee may be held liable for any damages or health-related issues caused
    by the use of unauthorized cleaning chemicals.
